Parent Teacher Conferences!

Yesterday was Parent Teacher Conferences! I was very happy because I had a high average. I have the second highest average in the 8th grade. My parents were very proud of me. I stayed after school to help. We set up parent e-mails. Parents thought it was interesting and cool. This job was kind of frustrating because he had to type the confirmation thing over, over, and over again. Anyways I had fun! I can't wait for the Marking Period because I am working on 1st place in the Principals' List! :)

New School Year! . . . Not so exciting.

Yay! I am a senior now! This year is going to be the best! Yea that's what I thought at the beginning of the year, turns out its the worst year ever! Everyone is changing. I wish it was 7th grade again. Everyone is always mad or sad. Someone is fighting while someone is laughing. Secrets are everywhere. I can't take this anymore! I miss my old friends :'(! I want the Ackerman's back!! The Awesome, sweet, and cool Ackerman's! :'(!

The Best Trip EVER!

Yesterday the whole 7th grade went to Lake Compounce. This place was located in Bristol, Connecticut. We left at around 8:30. To get on the bus it took us like an hour. While getting there we were taking pictures, talking, listening to music, and planning what we were going to ride. The trip was the BEST trip ever!!! To get there we took like around 2 hours and 30 minutes in the bus. I felt really excited because I couldn't wait to get there and go on the rides!

When we arrived to the park my friends and I had to wait for our teacher to give us the tickets, we were all desperate and bored. When I saw the park I just wanted to go in and see all the cool stuff they had! . I was on Ms. Sa's group with Heidi, Meily, Carolyn, and Larolyn. The first ride me and my friends went on was Ghost Hunt. The other rides I went on were: Bumper cars, Giant Wheel, and Zoomers GAS N' GO. My favorite ride was Ghost hunting because It was crazy, we were screaming and having fun! The ride that I disliked the most was Zoomers GAS N' GO because it was short and dumb. When we went on Ghost hunting me and Larolyn were together screaming like crazy! It was hilarious. In the Giant Wheel Ms. Horan And Ms. Sa came with us it was pretty fun. To eat I ordered Chicken tenders and fries. The food wasn't that expensive and it was good.

The last ride we went on was American Fliers. I didn't go but my friends did. Beside rides another things i did was walk around, take pictures, go on the stores. I bought myself a little bracelet and I bought Carolyn a brush tattoo. The bus ride home was boring everyone was sick and it was all horrible. I was sleeping on my way back when I woke up I was talking to my friends. I loved everything about Lake Compounce! I wish I could go back again but it is too far ):

Saturday Trip <3

On Saturday outstanding students and principals' list went on a trip. It was very fun. We went to Manhattan to watch the movie "UP". It was funny with some emotional parts. I loved the movie it was very adorable. After watching the movie we went to a restaurant to eat some food. After eating we went back home. It was the Best trip ever, the only thing was that it was raining so we couldn't do much outside. My friends and I took a lot of pictures. This is a very fun experience. :)

What was your amendment? My amendment was 5 amendment part 1.
What was your amendment about? My amendment was about that U.S. citizens are not allowed to answer for a capital or infamous crime, unless on a presentment or showing up in court of a Grand Jury. What was your favorite part of the project and why? My favorite part was working with my friend in the website & the comic because It was really fun and creative. What was your least favorite part of the project and why? I didn't dislike anything. I loved the whole project. What do you think you did the best on your project? The best part was when I was finally done. What could you do better next time? Next time I should be more creative in my website and comic.
